Operational rules for charters and empty legs
Quotes & confirmation
Online prices for empty legs and route estimates are indicative until confirmed in writing by PrivateCharterX. Aircraft availability can change until payment is received and the operator confirms.
Empty legs
Empty leg flights are one-way repositioning flights offered at a discount. Timing, routing, and aircraft may be adjusted by the operator. VAT or local taxes may apply.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by CoinGate. Paid bookings are subject to the operator's and PCX's cancellation schedule stated on the confirmation.
Passenger documents
Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and customs compliance for all legs of the journey.
